5:00am through 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Early morning, mid-morning, lunch, afternoon, or after work — there's a ReBoot class that fits your day without rearranging your life.

The 12:00pm class is one of the few true lunch-hour workout options in Trussville. You're in, you work hard, you're done — and back at your desk in 45 minutes.

Before your
first class.

  • No. ReBoot is its own program — more accessible, no barbells, no Olympic lifts, and no pull-ups. If CrossFit is the high-performance version, ReBoot is the smart, approachable version. Both are coached. Both get results. They just meet you at different starting points.

  • Yes — this is the most common concern, and the most common thing people tell us after their first class: "I kept up, and I feel great." Every movement is scaled. Every workout is adjustable. Your coach is not going to leave you behind. The only requirement is showing up.

  • Absolutely! Many of our members go back and forth between programs. When you feel you're ready to explore CrossFit, Legends, or Hyrox, you can try them anytime. Some members also run a hybrid schedule and attend two or more of our programs. There's no pressure either way.

  • Most members notice changes in how they feel — energy, sleep, confidence — within the first two to three weeks. Visible physical changes typically start appearing around four to six weeks of consistent attendance. The key word is consistent. Showing up three to five times a week is where the results live.

  • Just yourself and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment — dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, everything you need is at the gym. Comfortable workout clothes and water are all you need to bring.
