  • We offer flexible month-to-month membership plans tailored to your needs, including options for 2 classes per week, 3 classes per week, or unlimited classes. There are no long-term contracts—our focus is on delivering results that speak for themselves. We also provide discounted rates for students, military personnel, and families, ensuring everyone has access to high-quality fitness solutions. Your goals are our priority, and we’re here to help you achieve them.

  • Since 2008, we’ve been focused on getting people real results in a safe, supportive environment. Our team has hundreds of certifications, tens of thousands of hours of coaching experience, and a strong community that feels like family. We’re not just about fitness—we’re about improving lives.

  • CrossFit Trussville offers a variety of classes including CrossFit, ReBoot, Weightlifting, CFT Kids, Legends, Fundamentals and Mobility classes. We also offer 1:1 personal training.

  • Absolutely. We have ample parking right outside the facility, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot before your class.

  • While we don’t offer dedicated child care, our facility is family-friendly. Many parents bring their children along, and we provide a safe, designated area where kids can hang out while you work out.

  • Yes! We have clean and private showers and changing rooms available for members. Whether you’re heading to work after a morning class or freshening up after a tough workout, we’ve got you covered.

  • Our programming is designed 100% in-house by Andrew Rape — one of the most experienced and well-rounded coaches in the CrossFit space today. With nearly two decades of coaching experience, Andrew has mastered the art and science of program design for every level of athlete, from complete beginners to Games-level competitors.
