Questions Before You Show Up
  • Yes — and the free intro is exactly how we make sure of it. Before you ever join a class, a coach sits with you one-on-one, learns your starting point, walks you through the movements, and builds your first plan. You don't join a class until you're both confident you're ready. Every movement scales to where you are.

  • Yes. This is the most common concern and the most common thing people tell us after their first class: "I kept up, and I feel great." Every workout is scaled to your level. Your coach is not going to leave you behind. The only requirement is showing up.

  • No. The free intro exists specifically so that doesn't happen. You'll meet with a coach privately, go through a movement assessment, and only join a class when you're ready. We've been doing this since 2008 — we know what a good first experience looks like, and we're not going to waste yours.

  • At a regular gym, you swipe a keycard and figure it out alone. At CFT, a coach programs your session, leads every class, watches your movement, and pushes you in the right direction. There's no guessing what to do. There's no wondering if it's working. The coaching is the product — and it's included with every membership.

  • Yes. CrossFit Trussville membership may qualify for reimbursement through your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account — bringing your effective monthly cost significantly lower. Ask your coach at your free intro or visit our HSA/FSA page for details.

  • That's exactly what the free intro determines. Your coach will ask about your goals, your background, your schedule, and your starting point — and give you a clear, honest recommendation. Most people with no experience start in ReBoot. People with some fitness background often go straight to CrossFit. Your coach makes the call with you, not for you.
