Strength. Cardio. Functional movement. All coached, all scaled, all programmed with purpose. CrossFit at CFT has developed CrossFit Games athletes, Ironman finishers, and complete beginners — often in the same class. Eighteen years in, the standard hasn't changed.
Every class includes a warmup, skill or strength work, the workout, and a cooldown. No guessing. A coach leads every session start to finish.

45 minutes of cardio, core, and toning in a coached class built around dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. No experience required. Just real work, a coach who's invested in your progress, and results that show up when you're consistent.
The most common starting point for new CFT members. The 12:00pm class is one of the only true lunch-hour fitness options in Trussville.

Personal Training is for athletes working toward a specific long-term goal — weight loss, a fitness test, lasting health, sport performance, or injury recovery. Your coach builds your program from scratch and adjusts as you go.
Skill Sessions are one-off, movement-specific sessions. You come in with a problem. You leave with a solution — snatch, clean & jerk, butterfly pull-ups, rope climbs, double-unders.

Two age groups. One mission — get kids off screens, moving with friends, and accomplishing some genuinely hard work in a safe, coached environment.

Yes — reservations are managed through the Wodify member app. Book from your phone or desktop. We recommend booking in advance for early morning classes as they fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available.

That's exactly what the free intro is for. Your coach will recommend the right starting point based on your goals, fitness background, and what you're looking for. Most people with no CrossFit experience start in ReBoot. People with some fitness background often go straight to CrossFit. Your coach makes the call with you.

Yes. Many CFT members attend multiple programs — CrossFit plus ReBoot, CrossFit plus HYROX, or any other combination. Talk to your coach about what makes sense for your goals and recovery. Pricing varies based on program combination.
