HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race — and now it's a regular class at CrossFit Trussville. On race day, the format never changes: run 1 kilometer, complete a workout station, repeat eight times across 8km total.

In class, we train the movements, pacing, and fitness that race day demands — sled work, rowing, carrying, running conditioning, and the station-specific strength that separates finishers from competitors. You build the engine in class. You use it on race day.

No qualifications. No experience required. Just show up, work hard, and get better every week.
