Legends meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s at 10:00am for 45 minutes of movement, strength, and connection.
Every class is led by a certified coach, starts with a gentle warm-up, and includes a mix of light strength work, cardio, and mobility — all at a pace that feels right for you.
