Coach-led strength, cardio, and functional movement — scaled to your level. Every class is programmed, coached start to finish, and built to make you better over time. CrossFit Games athletes and complete beginners train side by side here and both see real results. Eighteen years in, the standard hasn't changed.
45 minutes of cardio, core, and toning in a coached class built around dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. No experience required. No intimidating equipment. Just real work, a coach who's invested in your progress, and results that show up when you're consistent.

HYROX class at CFT is coached, programmed, and built around the fitness demands of the world's fastest-growing sport — sled work, rowing, carrying, running conditioning, and station-specific strength. No race registration required to join.
Built specifically for adults 60 and older who want strength, balance, and stamina for life. Not a modified adult class — a purpose-built program with its own progressions, its own community, and coaches who understand how to develop fitness safely at any age.
Registered-dietitian-led coaching built around your actual life. Led by Sophia Contreras, RD — a clinical registered dietitian and CFT co-owner. Whether your goal is fat loss, performance, chronic condition management, or simply eating better without the confusion, you get a personalized plan and a coach who adjusts as you progress. Available to members and non-members.
Two options. Personal Training is for athletes working toward a specific long-term goal — weight loss, a fitness test, lasting health, sport performance, or injury recovery. Your coach builds your program from scratch and adjusts as you go. Skill Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes focused on one movement — snatch, clean & jerk, butterfly pull-ups, rope climbs. You come in with a problem. You leave with a solution.
CFT Kids (7–9) builds coordination, energy, and a genuine love for being active through games and age-appropriate exercise. CFT Youth (10–12) introduces barbell work and structured strength training in a coached, supportive environment. Both programs get kids off screens, moving with friends, and accomplishing something genuinely hard. Sibling discounts available.

Never worked out? We start with your fundamentals, pace every movement, and make sure you feel confident before anything gets harder. The free intro exists so you never walk in feeling lost.

Legends is built specifically for you — not adapted from something else. Strength, balance, and mobility coached three days a week by people who know how to develop fitness safely at any age.
CrossFit Games athletes, Ironman finishers, Regional competitors, GRID League professionals, and marathon runners have all trained here. If you're chasing performance, the programming is built to get you there.
