12:00pm - 1:00pm

Afternoon
3:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 5:00pm
5:00pm - 6:00pm
6:00pm - 7:00pm
7:00pm - 8:00pm

All classes begin promptly on the hour and will follow with a coach led warm-up, followed by the programming of the day.  Punctuality is important and we encourage all athletes to show up early and stay late.

Sunday
Closed

During Open Gym hours, we have coaches present to help you with anything you need, including, but not limited to; coaching, skill development, lift assessment, nutrition support, programming direction, and more.  This is a great time to make up a missed workout, develop a skill, or work on a weakness

Fundamentals Course Schedule

CrossFit Fundamentals is an informative course hosted on Saturdays that teaches new athletes the introductory movements, ideology, and ensures complete confidence and understanding.
