CrossFit Training Schedule

CrossFit is a Total Body Conditioning Program using Bodyweight Movements, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Assault Bikes, Rowers, Weightlifting, Dumbbells, and much more. Designed for High Calorie Burn, Muscle Definition, and Toning. Each class is held in a CrosssFit Coach Led Group Setting to Motivate and bring you an Exceptional Fitness Experience.

Monday - Friday

5:00am - 5:45am
5:45am - 6:30am
8:00am - 9:00am
9:00am - 10:00am

3:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 5:00pm
5:00pm - 6:00pm
6:00pm - 7:00pm
7:00pm - 8:00pm

All classes begin promptly on the hour and will follow with a coach led warm-up, followed by the programming of the day.  Punctuality is important and we encourage all athletes to show up early and stay late.

ReBoot Training Schedule

ReBoot is a beginner friendly 45-minute HIIT group fitness program that focuses on scalable, functional and effective movements to ensure that you are burning calories and strengthening your body while having fun! ReBoot will make you sweat, burn fat and help you become the “YOU” you’ve always wanted to be.

During Open Gym hours, we have coaches present to help you with anything you need, including, but not limited to; coaching, skill development, lift assessment, nutrition support, programming direction, and more.  This is a great time to make up a missed workout, develop a skill, or work on a weakness
