*During Open Gym hours, we have coaches present to help you with anything you need; coaching, movements, nutrition, programming, etc.  This is a great time to make up a workout you missed throughout the week, develop a skill, or attack a weakness

Fundamentals Course Schedule

CrossFit Fundamentals is a three-part course hosted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday that teach the introductory movements, ideology, and ensures complete confidence and understanding.
